Three Steps to Release.

They've been booked. Get their full name and which jail — that's all you need to start; we can look up the rest.
-
Call Us
(719) 667-0600 — A licensed bondsman answers day or night, quotes the premium up front, and handles every form.
-
Released
Most releases take hours, not days. We stay on the case until court is behind you.
In Colorado you pay a bondsman a one-time premium — a fraction of the bond — and we guarantee the rest to the court. No full amount, no perfect credit needed; payment plans are available on most bonds.

Straight Answers
What families ask first.
How much does a bail bond cost in Colorado?
You pay a one-time premium — a percentage of the total bond the court sets — instead of the full amount. On most bonds that premium is the only thing you ever pay, and payment plans are available. Call with the bond amount and we’ll quote the exact figure up front, with no hidden fees.
How fast can someone get out of the El Paso County Jail?
Once the bond is posted at the Criminal Justice Center, release timing depends on the jail’s processing queue — often a few hours, and El Paso County releases are frequently same-day. The sooner you call, the sooner the clock starts. Nights, weekends, and holidays included.
What does a co-signer need to bond someone out?
A valid ID, basic information about the person in custody (their full name and which jail), and a signature. As co-signer you’re vouching that they’ll appear in court — we walk you through exactly what that responsibility means before you sign anything.
What happens if they miss their court date?
Call us immediately — many missed appearances can be fixed by getting the court date reset before a warrant issues. We work with you and the court to get it handled; leaving it alone is the only wrong move.
Do you handle federal and immigration bonds?
Yes. Federal bonds through the U.S. District Court and immigration bonds for ICE holds both have stricter requirements than county bonds, and we’ve handled both since 2008. Call and we’ll explain the process for your specific situation.
Which jails do you serve?
The El Paso County Criminal Justice Center is our home turf — our office is minutes away. We also post bonds at the Pueblo County Detention Center, Teller County Jail, Denver County Jail, and facilities across the Front Range from Fountain to Fort Collins.
